    We hereby invite you to the 22ndSymposium on Shift Work and Working Time to be held in Elsinore 40 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark, on 8-12th June, 2015.

    The overall theme of the conference is ‘Challenges and solutions for healthy working hours’. Please, visit the conference homepage for more information: www.shiftwork2015.net. The homepage will be updated regularly with relevant information.

    We look forward to seeing you in Denmark in 2015.

    Dear all,

    The following are important dates leading up to the Symposium:

    April 15th

    - Deadline for submission of abstracts

    - Early bird registration closes (there is a discount for those who pay the registration fee up to April 15th).

    - Deadline for submission of travel grant application (see instructions at the symposium website).

    May 31st

    - Deadline for submission of abstracts for Thematic Sessions.

    We are delighted to announce that registration and abstract submission for the 21st International Symposium on Shiftwork and Working Time is now open. 

    Abstracts can be submitted via website (www.fsp.usp.br/shiftwork2013). Guidelines for submission are on the website as well.

    Deadlines:

    February 1st, 2013

    - Submission of abstracts opens
    - Early bird registration opens

    April 15th, 2013

    - Deadline for submission of abstracts
    - Early bird registration closes

    May 31st, 2013

    - Notification of abstract acceptance

    September 30th, 2013- Registration closes*

    * After this date (30/9/2013), those interested to attend the symposium should contact the Local Organizing committee (shiftwork2013@usp.br) to check availability of hotel rooms.
