Global Seminar Series: April 27, 2022
The inaugural Working Time Society Global Seminar – “Recent Research Highlights on Shift Work and Human Health” – was held on April 27th, 2022 3pm – 5:30pm CEST (15:00 – 17:30h in Berlin/Vienna/Stockholm).
This first seminar featured Early Career Researchers’ work. It was organized by Anna Arlinghaus and Celine Vetter and hosted by the WTS in collaboration with the German-language Working Time Society (www.arbeitszeitgesellschaft.org) and XIMES GmbH (www.ximes.com).
Speakers were:

Nils Backhaus: Working time in Germany during COVID-19 and beyond: Tracking current and future trends
Dorothee Fischer: Sleep and sleepiness in consecutive shifts: From industry workers to helicopter pilots
Katharina Wichert: Shift work and colorectal cancer: an analysis of two German cohort studies
